As a child I loved spending my holidays, weekends and evenings fishing. As an adult it has remained a passion - I strongly believe in the mental and physical health benefits that angling offers.

As a level 2 qualified fishing coach I want to bring fishing to as many people as possible, giving children a hobby they can enjoy throughout their lives and helping adults reconnect with the sport or discover all it has to offer if they didn’t learn as children.

About Angling Event Lead Coach Level 2 Qualification

As an Angling Event Lead Coach Level 2 I am qualified to plan and deliver coaching activities and direct the operations of Angling Support Coaches and/or Event Support Volunteers in a safe and appropriate environment. The qualification is run by the Angling Trust and awarded by 1st4Sport. As a licensed coach I have undertaken the required First Aid training and have an enhanced DBS check.
